Saviour Anyagri
Saviour Adelwin Anyagri grew up in Yabrago, a poverty-stricken village in Garu, Upper East Ghana, with his parents and three older brothers. Despite the limited opportunities, Saviour's parents made significant sacrifices to provide education for their four sons, including a daily four-hour bike ride across two rivers to the distant school. Saviour would later move away from his parents to live with a family closer to the school while joining a local football club where his passion for soccer grew. However, the lack of support and resources in the community continued to be an issue. Fortunately, Saviour's talent was recognized during the under-twelve boys’ soccer Milo games, and he was scouted by Right to Dream, a residential soccer academy in the Eastern region of Ghana. This academy provided him with an excellent education, nutrition, and a platform to develop as a student, soccer player, and individual. Through his perseverance, Saviour earned a scholarship to attend The Hotchkiss School in Connecticut, a prestigious boarding school in the United States, where he found a warm welcome from his two host families, the Allyn's and the Fleisher's. Continuing his dedication, he earned a full scholarship to study and play soccer at Wofford College before transferring to the University of Delaware, where he completed a bachelor's degree in Human Relations & Administration and MBA Business Analytics
