Seidu Shamsudeen
Seidu Shamsudeen grew up in Bolgatanga, a small district in the Upper East Region of Ghana. A graduate of the Right To Dream Academy, Seidu earned a scholarship through the Right To Dream program to attend the Canterbury School in New Milford Connecticut. At the Canterbury school, Seidu excelled on the soccer field and in the classroom, earning All-American and All-state honors as well as taking on numerous leadership roles. Seidu moved on to attend Villanova University where he was a four-year member of the Villanova men's soccer team. Seidu found success in the classroom and on the soccer field at Villanova. He played a crucial role in Villanova’s fist first-ever NCAA tournament win in program history in 2021, as well as being part of the team that holds the most wins in the soccer program that same year. He graduated from Villanova with a bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the Liberal Arts College.
Seidu is currently pursuing his Master in Public Administration at the Biden School of Public Policy & Administration at the University of Delaware while also utilizing his last year of NCAA eligibility to compete for the University Men's Soccer Team.
